— It’s The Only Way To Explain His Behavior

By Dan Calabrese

On first glance, it appears James Comey is the leader of the FBI’s effort to let Hillary get away with her crimes. Not only did he decline to recommend her prosecution when the evidence clearly showed she was guilty of multiple felonies (although not as many as we know about now), but the more we learn about the FBI’s investigative processes in the case - particularly the bizarre manner in which they interviewed Hillary herself - it seems obvious that this whole thing was a setup designed to have the FBI go through the motions with no real intention of getting to the truth or acting on it.

That indicts Comey pretty badly.

And yet, there’s one problem with the Comey-as-bad-guy narrative: The only reason we know any of this is Jim Comey told us. He’s the one who made high-profile public statements clearly spelling out all the evidence that Hillary was guilty of gross negligence in the handling of classified material via her schlock, homebrew e-mail server. And what we’ve learned in the past week about the Hillary’s destruction of evidence in defiance of a congressional subpoena, and of the totally inappropriate nature of the FBI’s questioning in the case, we’ve learned only because Comey took the unusual step of releasing all the FBI’s notes on this.

Why would he do that if he was a co-conspirator in the save-Hillary effort clearly led by his bosses at the White House and the Justice Department?

I offered a theory back on July 6: That Comey let Hillary skate only because he was under express orders from Obama and Loretta Lynch to do so, and that he didn’t like it one bit. Thus, his decision to release so much information pointing to her guilt is his way of exposing not only Hillary’s malfeasance but that of his bosses too.

If that’s his gambit, it’s borderline brilliant. If Hillary gets indicted, her lawyers go to work defending her and the media gushes over the legal brilliance of her team in getting her off. This way, the lack of an indictment stinks to high heaven, and not only taints her but Obama and Lynch in the process.

And the release of this latest batch of information only further convinces me that this is what Comey is up to. We return again to the brilliant Andrew McCarthy, who explains in detail for National Review just how much is wrong with what the FBI did - all of which we know because Comey released the notes:

Which brings us to the departure from the attorney-client privilege most salient for present purposes, the so-called crime-fraud exception. Even if there is a formal attorney-client relationship, the privilege does not shield from disclosure communications under circumstances in which 1) the client was committing or plotting a fraud or crime, and 2) the communications between attorney and client were in furtherance of that fraud or crime. Let’s say the client is scheming to mislead congressional or law-enforcement investigators, or a court. If the client seeks advice from a lawyer about how best to carry out the scheme, there is no legitimate resort to the attorney-client privilege to thwart government investigations. Communications between the client and her attorney are not protected and may be inquired into.

Obviously, were this not the case, the leaders of a criminal enterprise could immunize themselves from investigation and prosecution by simply keeping lawyers on retention to help plan crimes and be on hand when crimes are committed.

There is a final principle of legal ethics applicable to the Clinton caper — one we have discussed before but must revisit. If a lawyer has been a government official, she is not permitted subsequently to act as a private lawyer “in connection with a matter in which the lawyer participated personally and substantially” as a government official. Thus, for example, Cheryl Mills should not have been permitted to act as Clinton’s private lawyer in connection with matters arising out of then–Secretary Clinton’s e-mail communications practices at the State Department when Mills was her chief of staff.

The same is true of Heather Samuelson, a young lawyer who was a Clinton staffer and Mills’s subordinate at the State Department. Samuelson not only purported to act in the role of a lawyer in helping Mills vet Clinton’s e-mails for disclosure or destruction; she, like Mills, was also permitted to appear as a lawyer for Clinton at the latter’s FBI interview.

Putting these principles together, there is no way the Obama Justice Department and the FBI should have indulged the attorney-client privilege claims posited by their former colleagues from the Obama State Department, or by Clinton’s other lawyers, particularly David Kendall.

As we have previously observed, the Justice Department barred the FBI from questioning Mills about the process of selecting which e-mails were disclosed and which destroyed. This was absurd. It prevented investigation of the core of the case. Mills was an actor in the facts under investigation and was not, in any event, eligible to function as Clinton’s lawyer. The fact that she may have learned some additional information about Clinton’s e-mail set-up after leaving the State Department is irrelevant; she could not be Clinton’s lawyer for these purposes, and her communications about the e-mail vetting process were not privileged.

More significantly, however, are the indications that the Clinton team was engaged in a fraud and crime — perhaps several crimes arising out of the overarching scheme to 1) hoard Clinton’s e-mails; 2) shield thousands of them from lawfully required disclosure to Congress, the courts, and the public; and 3) destroy thousands of them notwithstanding (a) a congressional subpoena; (b) their known relevance to several investigations and court proceedings; and (c) their patent status as government records.

The known evidence powerfully suggests that the PRN tech and other PRN personnel were complicit in the destruction of thousands of e-mails, which Congress had lawfully demanded and the Clinton team knew were potentially responsive — not just to the Benghazi committee’s inquiry but to other legal proceedings as well.

Consequently, the FBI should not have been prevented from questioning the PRN tech about the conference calls with Clinton’s agents on March 25 and 31, 2015. Clearly, there is a reason he initially gave a misleading account of why he destroyed the e-mails after the subpoena was issued. There is a reason that he, his PRN superiors, and the Clinton team did not want him to tell the FBI whether the obstructive actions he took had anything to do with instructions he received. The possible participation of Kendall in these meetings changes nothing. He was not PRN’s lawyer, PRN was not providing Clinton with legal services, and the entire enterprise appears to have had an obstructive design — a suggestion only heightened by the disturbing “nothing to see here” letter Kendall sent to Gowdy on March 27, apparently after the purge.

So why did Comey let us see all this? If the objective was to prove that the FBI’s investigation was thorough, serious and fair, he obviously didn’t accomplish that goal. And surely he knew that would be the case. Comey can’t possibly be incompetent enough to think the information contained in these reports demonstrates the FBI did a good job. By the way McCarthy and Comey have known each other for many years, and Comey is well aware that McCarthy is jumping all over every release of information and picking them apart as he’s done here.

And yet Comey keep releasing more information. Why would he do that? The only explanation I can come up with is that Comey let Hillary off the hook under duress, and this is his way of letting us all know just how rotten this whole process was!

-- Hillary Represents A Full Third Term For Barack Obama

By Joan Swirsky

The Trump campaign should be throwing thank-you bouquets at Hillary’s minions for unearthing an 11-year-old video of the businessman speaking raunchily about women to Hollywood Access host Billy Bush. Why?

It demonstrates the sheer panic the Hillary campaign is in at the devolving internal-poll numbers that show the ailing candidate barely keeping her [involuntarily] bobbling chin above the water line of decisive failure.

It highlights the startling absence of the MIA candidate, nurse who has not been seen since a campaign appearance in Ohio on October 3, try leaving surrogates to speak in her stead. This strange absence, dosage just weeks away from the vote for president, tends to confirm the suspicion that Hillary’s frequent symptoms of illness––spasmodic coughing fits, seizure-like head jerking, inability to ascend stairs without men gripping her arms, a left eye that turns involuntarily inward, episodes of freezing in mid-sentence––utterly disqualify her from the office she seeks, which demands top-notch physical strength and mental acuity.

Speaking of acuity, we already know that Hillary’s judgment is gravely impaired. Who else uses private servers that are sieves for our national security secrets; lies repeatedly and compulsively to camouflage her disastrous foray into Benghazi; was a central player in facilitating a deal, through the Clinton Foundation slush fund, that gave Vladimir Putin overwhelming control over the global uranium supply chain; and who chooses Sen. Tim Kaine as a running mate?

Kaine is a man who writer Scott McKay describes in “The Kaine Scrutiny” as:
• …having “a history of anti-American radical leftism…for nearly 40 years,”
• …being a friend and ardent follower of “a violent Communist lunatic…”
• …having a “complete lack of business or private-sector experience…[having] never signed the front of a check”
• …being a typical phony liberal who on the one hand apologizes for slavery and then institutes a Project Exile program which led to the “mass incarceration of a disproportionately black cohort of perpetrators”
• …having “a history of selling himself out to the Muslim Brotherhood,” which has poured huge money into his coffers
• …bringing “the stench of corruption with him, something that seems inescapable with any Clinton minion”

The two main drivers of human behavior are money and ego. As far as emotions, jealousy tops both anger and passion. This week’s brouhaha is all about all three––money, ego and jealousy.

In little over a year, Mr. Trump effectively decimated the startlingly ineffectual and traitorous Republican Party, picking off 17 highly credentialed and longtime operatives––including governors, senators, and congressmen. Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush had raised so much money––into the mega-millions––before he even announced for president, that his entrance into the race was considered a de facto win. Trump swatted away this buzzing gnat, as he did Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, et al…swat, swat, swat!

To his credit, Trump took his undisputed swatting championship one step further in leveling the self-important media types who (1) credit themselves with electing Barack Obama by concealing his past and overlooking numerous racist and inflammatory remarks (including as he read from a book: “gotta have them ribs and pussy too”), as reported today by The Drudge Report, and (2) creating and maintaining the leftist narrative that their globalist bosses demand.

In my last article, I cited the research of Ashley Lutz at Business Insider, who reported that only six organizations are now responsible for 90 percent of all of the “news we read, watch and listen to.” That’s right—in 1983, there were 50 media companies, today only six, all run by business titans involved in many of the massive, multibillion-dollar deals that drive international politics, that determine the bad-for-America trade deals our “leaders” have signed, and that members of the Democrat-Republican cabal have financial interests in.

The net result, of course, is that dozens of politicians and media shills have been walking around for over a year with bruised and battered egos and fulminating anger, as well as anxiety about their investments, all waiting for their moment to pounce.

And here it is––Trump was caught being crude over 10 years ago! You can just hear the Europeans screeching with laughter as they stand on their elegant balconies flanked by their wives and girlfriends. And the Middle Eastern potentates rolling on their palace floors as they give the nod to excising the clitorises of young girls and stoning “sinning” women to death. And of course, the thousands of professional American athletes slapping their knees and wondering if they themselves would get the death penalties for things they’ve said and done.

Actually, the entire fiasco has been a good thing for Mr. Trump, who now knows definitively who his enemies are on the Right. Like cockroaches being flushed out by a skilled exterminator, turncoats––like former NY Gov. George Pataki, Utah Sen. Mike Lee, New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte, the appropriately named Idaho Sen. Mike Crapo, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, phony conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt, and among the most loyal allies of Barack Obama and Nevada Sen. Harry Reid, none other than Speaker of the House Rep. Paul Ryan––are making one last desperate scramble, urging Trump to drop out of the race and hoping that his locker-room talk over a decade ago will finally destroy the man who single-handedly exposed and upset their cozy ole-boy-network.

So predatory are they now acting that it’s not at all far-fetched to suspect that it is these very marginalized has-been Republicans who probably orchestrated this sabotage against Mr. Trump to begin with.

But while his flushing of the pundit and TV dissemblers has helped their approval numbers plummet deservedly into single digits, the craven media continue to cover for Hillary (ala their bosses’ orders) and convince the stupid public to forget how complicit she is and was in her husband’s depravity.

Pure fact compels me to rename the former secretary of state a Hapless Powerless Victim (HPV):

• …the serial cheating going back to their Arkansas days
• …a 12-year affair with Jennifer Flowers
• …Paula Jones and the almost $90,000 payout
• …Kathleen Willey
• …Juanita Broaddrick and the rape allegation
• …Monica Lewinsky…the cigar, under the oval office desk…
• …the stained blue dress with guess whose DNA on it?

What kind of woman tolerates these indignities? Clearly an HPV, one who thinks a push-button gizmo from Staples will mollify a Russian dictator and an illegal computer server will conceal her crimes. In other words, a weak and corrupt woman, not a leader by any definition of that word.

Donald Trump has called Hillary an enabler. While true, this seems mild and understated. In fact, Hillary represents a full third term for Barack Obama, complete with:

• sky-high taxes
• horrific trade deals
• the squashing of energy independence
• a massive influx of potential jihadists over our open borders
• the continuation of a weakened military
• an acceleration of the genocidal Iran nuclear deal
• perpetuation of the Clinton Foundation slush fund
• continued poverty, lack of education, and high crime rates for inner city residents
• continued epidemic unemployment
• full socialized medicine
• vicious antagonism toward our most loyal ally, Israel

Yet, the clueless media, the desperate Democrats, and the jealous Republicans––all still nursing their bruised and battered egos––would have you believe that We the People should be inconsolably upset by some stupid remarks Donald Trump made over a decade ago, and in response should flock to the polls to vote for a woman whose fans cannot name a single of her accomplishments in over 40 years in public life.

We’re not that stupid. And Donald Trump, again to his credit, is not a man to allow this coordinated intimidation effort either to bend or break him.

Let is be known that we AlwaysTrumpers stand together proud and strong. We know a dragon-slayer when we see one. And we know a winner!

Operation Red:

A REMINDER to everyone going to the polls on November 8th: Wear RED.

WHY OPERATION RED 2016? Don’t forget, Democrats are now rushing to register dead people, illegal aliens, felons, etc. By wearing red to the polls,

THE SEA OF RED will assure that no media outlet can overcome the VISIBLE support for TRUMP/PENCE

WE WILL HAVE VISUAL PROOF, via your photos and videos, in district after district, that Hillary Clinton could NOT have won these ALL RED districts!

Media, poll workers, watchers, campaigns, and voters on the ground will have no choice but to acknowledge the VISIBLE truth in a sea of RED
